Questions, answered
What codes are there right now? +
Two. ARRIGO10 gives 10% off your first eSIM. A friend’s invite link gives 15% off your first eSIM. There are no secret codes behind a sign-up, and we don’t run spin-to-win games.
Where do I type the code? +
On the plan page, under the checkout, open “Have a promo code?”, type ARRIGO10 and tap Apply. The total changes right there. The links on this page open the plan with the code already on.
Why didn’t my code work? +
ARRIGO10 works once per email address. If that email already has a paid order with it, payment will tell you. A friend’s link only works on your first eSIM and not on your own link. Codes aren’t case sensitive, so arrigo10 works too.
Can I use two codes together? +
No, one code per order. If you came from a friend’s link, the 15% is already the bigger discount, so keep that one.
Does it work on top-ups? +
No. Codes are for buying an eSIM. Top-ups are at the normal price.
Does it work when I buy for my family? +
Yes. Choose several eSIMs of the same plan in one order and each of them gets the discount.
Is there a student price? +
It’s starting soon, with a bigger discount for verified students. See the student discount.
Does my phone support eSIM? +
Most phones from the last few years do: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most recent Samsung Galaxy models. Your phone also needs to be unlocked. Check your phone.
