How do I join? +

Buy any ArriGo eSIM. Your Rewards account opens with your first order, under the same email address, and the order email shows your level and balance. There is no separate sign-up and nothing to install.

How much do I get back? +

A share of what you paid: 3% on Blue, 5% on Silver and 8% on Gold. Some real plans: Italy 10 GB at $11.99 gives $0.36 on Blue, Japan 20 GB at $22.99 gives $1.15 on Silver, and Japan 50 GB at $47.99 gives $3.84 on Gold.

How do levels work? +

By trips, not by how much you spend: Silver from your 3rd paid order in the last 12 months, Gold from your 6th. A weekend in Rome counts the same as a month in Japan. We check every day, so you move up the moment you get there.

Do I lose my level? +

Only if you stop travelling for a while. Your level looks at the last 12 months; if you drop below it, you move down one level, never straight back to Blue, and your credit stays.

How do I spend my credit? +

At checkout, on any plan or top-up in any destination, for yourself or as a gift. It comes off automatically, and if it covers the whole order you pay nothing. Credit is valid for 12 months from the day you earn it.

How does the trip photo credit work? +

Post a public photo, video or blog post from your trip and tag ArriGo, then send us the link from your account. We check it within a few days and add $3. Once a month, any platform, any number of followers. Creators with a real audience earn more in the creator program. Join the creator program.

Can I use Rewards with codes and invites? +

Yes. You earn credit on what you actually pay, after any code or friend discount. Your Rewards credit, your invite credit and a coupon can all go on the same order, as long as the plan stays above our minimum price.

What do Gold members get? +

8% back on every trip, a free 1 GB plan once a year in any destination, early access to our sales, and a real person first when you write to support.

When does it start? +

Very soon. On launch day every past order counts towards your level, so if you have already travelled with us you may start on Silver or Gold.
