Questions, answered
Who can invite friends? +
Anyone who has bought an ArriGo eSIM. Your personal link and your code (something like CHLOE15) come with your order, and you can share them as often as you like: in a group chat before a trip, in a story from the airport, under a travel post or on your blog. There is nothing to install and no form to fill in.
What does my friend get? +
15% off their first ArriGo eSIM, on any plan and any of our destinations, from a weekend in Rome to a month across Asia. The discount is applied automatically when they open your link; if they type your code at checkout instead, it works the same way. They get the same eSIM, the same coverage and the same support as everyone else, just for less.
How much credit do I get? +
A share of what your friend pays, and the share grows with you. For your first friends it is 20% (up to $5 each), from your 3rd friend 30% (up to $7), and from your 10th friend 40% (up to $10). Some real examples. Italy 10 GB at Traveller level: they pay $10.19, you get $2.04. Japan 20 GB at Explorer level: they pay $19.54, you get $5.86. France 50 GB at Globetrotter level: they pay $40.79, you get $10.00.
Why a percentage and not a flat amount? +
Because it keeps the program fair and lets us keep it running. A flat reward means the same few dollars whether your friend buys a small plan for a weekend or a big one for a month. With a share of the order, bigger trips earn you more, and every level pays more than the one before.
When do I get my credit? +
As soon as your friend has installed their first eSIM, usually the same day they buy it. We email you each time credit lands, with the amount and your new balance. There is nothing to claim and nothing to forward.
How do I use my credit? +
At checkout, on any plan in any destination, for yourself or as a gift. It is taken off the price automatically, and if your balance covers the whole order you pay nothing at all. Credit stays valid for 12 months from the day you earn it, so it is there for your next trip even if that is next summer.
Is there a limit? +
No. Invite as many friends as you like and earn on every one of them. Levels never reset: once you reach Globetrotter, you stay there and every new friend earns you 40% back, plus priority support for your own trips.
Do my friends need the app? +
No. Your link opens in any browser on any phone or laptop. Your friend picks a plan, pays and gets their eSIM by email with a QR code and step-by-step setup, the same as any ArriGo order. Most people are online within a few minutes of landing.
Can my friend combine it with other codes? +
One discount per order. At 15%, the friend discount is already bigger than our 10% welcome code, so your link is the best deal a new customer can get. If they use another code instead, the order does not count as a referral.
When does it start? +
Very soon. We are finishing the last details now. On launch day every ArriGo customer gets their personal invite link by email, together with a short guide to the levels and how credit works.
