These terms apply to the ArriGo creator program run by Starvane, which operates ArriGo and arrigo.app. By joining, you agree to them in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Joining
- You join with your email; your code and link work straight away. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and we check channels and content from time to time.
- You must be at least 18 and able to receive payments in your own name.
Your code and link
- Your followers get 15% off their first ArriGo eSIM with your code or link.
- The code is for your audience. Using it on your own orders, buying ads on our brand name or posting it on coupon sites is not allowed.
- Say clearly that you earn a commission, as advertising rules in your country require.
What you earn
- A share of what your follower paid for each order placed with your code: 15% at Starter level; 20% at Pro level (25 or more paid orders in the last 30 days); 25% at Partner level (100 or more paid orders in the last 30 days).
- Each order earns at the level you hold when it is placed (counting that order), and that amount doesn’t change later.
- On low-priced plans the share is capped at 50% of our margin on that order.
- A one-time $20 bonus for your first approved video or post.
- Refunded or fraudulent orders earn nothing.
Payouts
- Each order is on hold for 30 days, our refund window, before it can be withdrawn.
- On the 1st of each month we send your whole available balance, once it reaches $50, to the payout account you set up with Stripe, our payment partner. Stripe then pays it to your bank account or debit card, usually within 2 to 7 business days. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month.
- Payouts are sent in US dollars; Stripe converts them to your currency. We pay Stripe’s payout fees. Stripe can pay to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and Switzerland; for other countries, write to us.
- If an order is refunded or charged back after it was paid out, its share is taken from your next payout.
- You are responsible for taxes on what you earn.
Ending the membership
Either side can end it at any time. If we end it because these terms were broken, unpaid earnings from the orders concerned are cancelled; otherwise we pay what you earned once it clears the hold period.
