How does a team order work?+
Pick one plan, add each team member's email (2–30 per order) and pay once. Every person gets their own email with their own QR code, and you get a team page showing the status of every eSIM.
Do we get an invoice?+
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice automatically with your company name, billing address and VAT or tax ID if you add one at checkout. You'll find it in your confirmation email and on the team page.
How do volume discounts work?+
The discount applies to every eSIM in the order: 5% from 5, 10% from 10, 15% from 20. Need more than 30 eSIMs or a custom rate? Write to hello@arrigo.app.
Can each person use a different destination?+
One order is one plan. For different destinations, place one team order per plan; each comes with its own invoice.
Is there a contract or minimum spend?+
No. You pay per order, only for the eSIMs you buy.
What if an eSIM isn't used?+
Unused, never-installed eSIMs can be refunded individually under our Refund Policy. Installed eSIMs can't be refunded.
